These Property Guidelines outline the specific quality, structural accuracy, and legal compliance benchmarks that property owners must meet when listing rental units on EasyScout.

1. Truthful Listing Information

Landlords must populate completely accurate and factual property metrics during dashboard configuration. Quoting fake rental rates or masking non-optional fees to gain artificial platform search visibility is strictly prohibited.

2. Media Integrity Standards

All property photographs and virtual media uploads must portray the active physical condition of the unit. Advertisements embedding secondary agency watermarks, contact phone text layers, or deceptive filter alterations will be rejected.

3. Prohibited Listing Conduct

Users must not upload duplicate property records, list spaces undergoing active legal or asset court injunctions, or display properties currently occupied by tenants without direct lease disclosure fields toggled.
